Glenn Cook writes another letter to T.B. Barratt in response to Barratt’s request for further information on the baptism in the Spirit. Barratt has told him of praying and feeling the Spirit moving. Cook informs him speaking in tongues should follow the Baptism and encourages him to continue his quest.
